When you submit a design for us to decorate your product, you arm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to use, reproduce, and distribute the design and the final product without restriction.

Shipping and Delivery
We exclusively ship all orders via UPS to ensure reliable, trackable delivery.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your
order size and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a
UPS tracking number, so you can monitor its progress from our facility to your door.
Your shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. Once items are added to your cart our system will display the shipping costs.
Yes! When placing your order online, just enter the shipping address separately from the billing address during checkout. We’ll make sure your order is delivered to the location you specify
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not provide international shipping.
We only ship via UPS, which means we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
UPS requires a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure secure and trackable shipping.
