EMBROIDERY SERVICE

About Custom Embroidery

We specialize in making your logo stand out with expert embroidery. While technology has
streamlined parts of the process, embroidery is still very much a craft—rich in tradition and
full of subtle details that we proudly preserve.

Unlike printing, embroidery adds texture, depth, and a tactile quality that brings your logo to
life. When you see your embroidered design for the first time, we hope you’ll be struck by the
vibrant colors, the way the threads catch the light, and the precision that highlights every
detail of your logo.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your logo represents your brand, your passion, and your hard work. We take that seriously. If
you’re not 100% satisfied with your embroidered items, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.

We’re here to build long-term relationships, not just complete transactions. Let us show you
what embroidery expertise—and a commitment to quality—can do for your brand.

How many thread colors can I use in my embroidered logo?

You can use up to 15 thread colors per logo—this includes 9 standard colors and up to 6 additional custom colors. This gives you flexibility while ensuring your design remains sharp and high quality

What sizes are available for embroidered logos?

The available logo sizes depend on the type of apparel and fabric. We work closely with you to determine the best size that complements your garment while maintaining embroidery quality and durability. Together, we’ll find the perfect fit to ensure your logo looks great.

Embroidery Guidelines

For a typical left chest embroidery, the ideal design has a maximum dimension of 3.5″ – 4.0″. There are exceptions when a design has one dimension that is several times larger than the other. The size of many designs is dictated by the smallest text in the design. We will size your design appropriately based on our experience.

The smallest text we can embroider with any accuracy is about 0.20″ (5mm) high. We can make adjustments to your design to compensate for slight variations. Typically, a single line of text can only include about 20 characters and spaces before it requires the text to be split into two lines.

What Will Your Embroidered Logo Look Like?

Your logo deserves to stand out—and with custom embroidery, it truly does. Unlike printing,
embroidery adds depth and texture by stitching your design directly onto apparel and
accessories. The result? A vibrant, three-dimensional look that captures attention and
reflects quality.

Because embroidery is a physical process—using thread and thousands of needle piercings—
we may make small adjustments to your design for the best results. This could mean
simplifying fine details or resizing elements to ensure clarity and durability

What are the maximum stitch limits for embroidery?

To maintain high-quality embroidery and avoid fabric distortion, we limit each logo to a maximum of 11,000 stitches.

Is there a setup fee for embroidery?

Yes, there is a $35 one-time setup fee to digitize your logo and prepare it for embroidery. This ensures your design is accurately translated into stitches for the best possible result. You’ll only pay this fee once per design.

Can I embroider multiple locations on an item?

Yes, we can embroider multiple locations on the same item. Please note that each embroidered logo will be priced separately based on its size and complexity.

What makes embroidery dierent from printing?

Embroidery involves stitching thread directly onto the fabric, creating a textured, durable, and three-dimensional design. Unlike printing, which applies ink on the surface, embroidery offers a premium look and long-lasting quality.

PRINTING SERVICE

What is Digital Printing?

We specialize in making your logo stand out with expert embroidery. While technology has streamlined parts of the process, embroidery is still very much a craft—rich in tradition and full of subtle details that we proudly preserve.

Digital printing emerged in the 1990s and quickly transformed the garment decoration industry. Before digital methods, screen printing was the standard, which required creating separate screens for each color and often demanded large minimum orders.

Digital printing introduced a faster, more flexible way to print directly onto garments or via film transfers, allowing for unlimited colors and detailed designs without setup costs or minimum quantities. This innovation made custom apparel accessible for smaller orders,
personalized designs, and on-demand printing.

Today, digital printing continues to evolve, with advanced techniques like Direct-to-Film (DTF) offering vibrant, durable, and precise prints for a wide range of fabrics.
